Returns & Exchanges

At Animato, we want you to love your home decor, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all eligible items. All returned products must be in their original packaging and unused condition to ensure a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Animato account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original boxes with all protective padding to prevent damage during transit, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of your request.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
